His only response was that he can’t help me or sell me a phone unless I’m buying an unlocked phone. First he asks me f I’m buying a locked or unlocked phone, I didn’t know what that meant and asked. I came in simply to purchase an iPhone 8 with 256GB of storage. The sales associate that helped me was probably the worst informed Apple employee I have ever encountered. User ( 15:03) I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I was walked from the sign in process to the Genius Bar. Every staff person was knowledgeable and I wasn’t left stranded. Fast service, helpful people! User ( 23:45) Fabulous customer service and attention. She told me to call the store to check on if the laptop was ready and the guy who answered was helpful over the phone and when I came in to pick it up (don't remember his name unfortunately). The staff members who helped me were really nice and helpful - Morgan was super knowledgeable and friendly, and walked me through why the technology wasn't working and what I should avoid doing in the future so the same problem didn't happen again. Pro tip: Make an appointment wth the genius bar because this store is always super busy since it's the only one in the area.
